White Oak Kings Mountain is seeking dedicated and professional Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. We are committed to providing high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive and collaborative healthcare environment.
White Oak Kings Mountain is a 154-bed skilled long term care nursing and short term rehabilitation facility located at 716 Sipes Street in Kings Mountain, NC
The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical competence, professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team. A commitment to resident dignity, safety, and quality of care is essential.
Wages are based on your years of experience! WE premium pay on Saturdays and Sundays is an additional $8.00 per hour. $10,000 sign-on bonus to be paid out in 3 installments during the 1st year of employment.
Saturday, Sunday, & Monday
6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a state-approved School of Nursing
- Current, active LPN license in the state of North Carolina
- Strong leadership and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive pay rate, including shift differential (if applicable).
Full-time employees are eligible for benefits upon hire, effective the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.
