Position Overview:

To ensure the quality delivery of WAY Edu Specialist services in the Children’s Village and Cayuga division, EFFC. The WAY Specialist Supervisor oversees all aspects of the WAY Fair Futures Edu specialist program. Assure each youth in the Family Foster Care Department has an educational plan that meets their individual needs and follows the coaching milestones to meet their independent living skills needs and supplemental services. 

Position Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field and two years full-time experience OR Master’s degree and one year full-time experience. Experience in Independent Living Training. Basic computer skills and good written and verbal communication skills are required. Ability to work evenings and weekends.
