Monitor facility security and access, conduct searches, observe live footage, admit authorized persons, and support the Integrated Treatment Model while promoting a therapeutic, nonjudgmental environment for at-risk youth.

Provide case management for youth in the Supervised Independent Living Program, offering counseling, concrete services, resources, and aftercare. Manage a caseload, complete timely ACS/OCFS/court documentation, collaborate with the SILP team, and support improved outcomes and independent living goals for residents.

Provides executive and operational support to the Vice President of Human Resources and Learning, including scheduling, communications, procurement, budgeting, records management, confidential legal and insurance files, employee events, committee meetings, documentation, and project follow-up. Requires strong organizational, communication, discretion, compliance, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced HR environment.

Oversee and administer clinical operations for King Division, supervise clinical and case management staff, ensure evidence-based practices and regulatory compliance, provide clinical expertise on youth who have caused sexual harm, support Integrated Treatment Model, hire/evaluate/schedule staff, and promote a safe therapeutic environment.

Support the Site Coordinator in planning and running after-school activities, supervise and support students, ensure safety, help prepare projects and presentations, and maintain clear reports and communication.

Supervise sociotherapists to ensure high-quality clinical services, crisis intervention, behavioral management, and therapeutic support for youth and caregivers. Provide individual, family, and group therapy and clinical supervision focused on intervention skills, documentation, billing compliance, and developmental supports. Provide clinical supervision and oversight for Functional Family Therapy (FFT) within preventive programs. Assess family risk and protective factors, guide evidence-based treatment, support clinicians, and promote community-based services that help families remain together.

Provide trauma-informed psychiatric assessments and ongoing medication management for children and adolescents across residential and outpatient settings. Develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in case conferences, provide on-call coverage, maintain compliant documentation, and support caregivers with culturally responsive, family-centered care.

Plan and lead social, educational, and recreational programs for youth and young adults (ages 5–21). Promote participation, deliver activities in specialty areas (STEM, dance, art, technology, sports), and work after school hours and school vacations.

Coordinate and supervise Youth Advisory Board members, facilitate youth development, recruitment, retention, and events. Use lived experience and training to build leadership, resilience, and address systemic barriers while maintaining records and fostering partnerships across communities.

Provide peer-led mentoring and empowerment services to youth impacted by child welfare. Facilitate individual and group sessions, coordinate weekend respite activities, engage families and community partners, maintain program documentation, and promote youth voice in partnership with Orange County DSS.

Provide continuous supervision and therapeutic support to at-risk youth, implement the Integrated Treatment Model, build pro-social skills, and assist youths' transition to lower levels of care or home environments.

Provide culturally competent, on-site case management to asylum-seeking individuals and families at a sanctuary hotel site. Assist with resettlement, relocation, and connecting clients to services addressing economic, mental health, and child welfare needs. Work collaboratively with staff, maintain documentation, and provide support during evenings or weekends as needed.

Designs and delivers in-person and virtual trainings (TCI/SCM, new hire orientation, compliance), supports learning projects, conducts community/on-site training, and assists Learning & Talent Development for staff professional development and compliance.

Recruit, screen, onboard, and orient prospective foster parents for Westchester. Conduct outreach and community events, register candidates for trainings, collect licensure documentation, track recruitment metrics, and deliver orientations/trainings in English and Spanish.

Provide peer-led support and advocacy for young adults in Rockland County by facilitating Braveheart meetings, focus groups, and activities; engage youth, maintain communication logs, partner with professionals, and support program administration and outreach.

Provide trafficking-related services to youth, including screenings, assessments, referrals, safety planning, and follow-up. Facilitate therapeutic group curriculum, document casework, collect data, and report to oversight agencies. Liaise with service providers and maintain timely documentation.

Provide peer-led mentoring and support to youth impacted by child welfare. Facilitate individual and group sessions, coordinate weekend respite activities, engage families and partners, maintain documentation, and promote youth voice in program development.

Support after-school program curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation; coach and train staff; oversee lesson delivery and instructional quality; assess program impact and ensure alignment with youth development, literacy, and STEM goals.
