Processes accounts payable transactions, invoices, vendor payments, employee expenses, credit cards, and cash-related activities. Maintains vendor records, performs reconciliations, supports month-end close and audits, ensures accurate coding and internal-control compliance, resolves payment issues, prepares reports, and identifies process improvements. The role works with vendors, employees, internal departments, and finance leadership while managing confidential financial information and meeting payment deadlines.

Provides administrative and clerical support to the Director of Specialized Treatment Programs and Clinical Management Team. Coordinates staff and services, oversees clerical workflow, manages filing and typing, transcribes dictation, and handles multiple administrative tasks. The role requires organization, accuracy, computer literacy, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a genuine interest in supporting children’s wellbeing.

Provides legal support to residential, community-based residential, and family foster care programs. Advises executive and senior leadership, quality improvement teams, social workers, and caseworkers on program-related legal matters. Requires collaboration, legal analysis, issue identification, independent work, and deadline management across the organization’s New York locations.

Designs and delivers professional development, compliance, onboarding, and skills-based training through in-person, virtual, and asynchronous formats. Serves as a Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and Safe Crisis Management instructor, maintains certifications, evaluates training effectiveness, monitors compliance, and reports learning requirements. Partners with HR and program leaders to identify development needs, support mentoring, facilitate team-building and wellness activities, and strengthen staff capability across agency locations.
