Job DescriptionDuties & Responsibilities
- Design and optimize wave soldering processes for new and existing products, ensuring high quality and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain process control plans to ensure consistent and defect-free soldering.
- Conduct process qualification and validation studies.
- Perform preventive maintenance on wave soldering equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve soldering issues, including rework processes.
- Manage spare parts for soldering equipment.
- Inspect PCBs for solder quality and cleanliness.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth operation of the wave soldering process.
- Provide technical support and training to soldering technicians.
- Participate in new product introduction (NPI) activities to ensure manufacturability and maintain process control to ensure a consistent and zero-defect soldering process.
- Analyze soldering process data to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and track process improvements.
- Knowledge of wave soldering principles, processes, and equipment(wave machine, fluxer, washing and coating...).
- Familiarity with soldering materials, fluxes, and cleaning agents.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in using soldering equipment and tools.
- Knowledge of soldering defects and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience in wave soldering processes, PCB manufacturing, and soldering equipment maintenance.
- Graduated University degree in Mechatronics /Electronic/electrical, industrial engineering; Mechanical Engineering
- Identify/implement continuous improvement ideas to improve Quality, Productivity, Reduce Downtime, and Reduce Costs.
- Good at software and computer skill: Autocad 2D/ MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skils
- Hard working, ability in problem solving ( 4M, 5 Why, Pareto, PDCA... & independent working.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes.

Skills Required
- University degree in Mechatronics, Electronic/Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in wave soldering processes and PCB manufacturing
- Knowledge of wave soldering equipment (wave machine, fluxer, washers/coaters) and soldering tools
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance and manage spare parts for soldering equipment
- Ability to design and optimize soldering processes, and conduct process qualification/validation
- Knowledge of soldering materials, fluxes, cleaning agents, and soldering defects/troubleshooting techniques
- Proficiency with AutoCAD 2D
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
