Job Description

As the Watersports Sales Coordinator at Villa Haven, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all watersports activities and related sales operations. This role involves ensuring the effective management of costs, inventory, bookings, and customer interactions to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. The Coordinator will adhere to the established operational and administrative guidelines, maintaining a high standard of service in accordance with safety regulations and hotel policies.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in the hospitality industry, specifically in resort sector sales support or coordination. Experience in watersports, leisure sports, boat trips, and excursions is advantageous.
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Marketing or a related field, or relevant courses in sales, marketing, and related fields.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Additional proficiency in Russian, Chinese, and other languages relevant to the market is advantageous.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain accurate and timely records.
  • Interest in helping and working with customers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good level of physical fitness and stamina.
  • Good eyesight and hearing.
  • Self-reliant with strong leadership qualities and teamwork spirit.
  • Responsible attitude towards health and safety.
  • Ability to stay calm and manage accidents and emergencies effectively.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and possess a sense of humor.
  • Willingness and ability to look after minors.
