What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
1. Continuous Improvement (CI)
Identify, analyze, and implement continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations aligned with GMP/cGMP requirements.
Support Lean, Six Sigma, or similar CI methodologies to reduce waste, improve process efficiency, and enhance compliance.
Track improvement metrics and warehouse dashboard according to IMEX performance.
2. GMP / cGMP Compliance
Ensure warehouse processes, activities, and records comply with GMP and cGMP standards, internal quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
Create, review, and maintain cGMP documentation including SOPs, Work Instructions, Forms, and Logbooks related to warehouse activities.
Ensure documents are accurate, current, and compliant with document control procedures.
3. Change Control
Initiate, assess, and support change control requests related to warehouse processes, systems, layouts, equipment, and master data.
Perform impact assessments to determine potential effects on GMP compliance, data integrity, and operations.
Coordinate with Quality, IT, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant change implementation.
4. SOP Updates & Process Standardization
Review and update SOPs to reflect process changes, continuous improvement initiatives, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure SOPs are aligned with actual warehouse practices and systems.
Support training and user understanding of updated procedures.
5. Master Data & Analytics
Support governance, maintenance, and quality of warehouse-related master data (e.g., material master, storage locations, batch attributes).
Perform master data analysis to identify inconsistencies, errors, and improvement opportunities.
Develop reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making for warehouse and supply chain operations.
