Stop in any Wednesday throughout September between the hours of 9am-2pm.
No appointment-No Pressure!
We're located at 600 Corporation Drive Suite 104 Pendleton, IN 46064.
You'll be personally greeted by one of our Directors of Clinical Services, who'd love to hear about your career goals & share with you what it's like to work in a home health setting.

Our current hiring needs,
Physical Therapist;
Required-Education and/or Experience
Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required.
Two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting highly preferred.
Physical Therapist Assistant;
Required-Education and/or Experience
Associate or Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapist Assistant required.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a home health setting required, highly preferred acute care or rehabilitation experience.
Registered Nurse;
Required-Education and/or Experience
Associate or Bachelor degree in nursing required.
Two (2) years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical skilled care setting or home health preferred.
Licensed Practical Nurse;
Required-Education and/or Experience
- Certificate of an accredited program of Practical or Vocational Nursing as approved by the state required.
- Two (2) years of experience as an LPN in a clinical skilled care setting.
Speech Language Pathologist;
Required-Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a home health setting required.

Skills Required
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy for Physical Therapist roles.
- Two years of Physical Therapist experience in acute care or rehabilitation.
- Associate or Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistant studies.
- Two years of Physical Therapist Assistant experience in home health.
- Acute care or rehabilitation experience for Physical Therapist Assistant roles.
- Associate or Bachelor degree in nursing for Registered Nurse roles.
- Two years of Registered Nurse experience in clinical skilled care or home health.
- Certificate from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program approved by the state.
- Two years of Licensed Practical Nurse experience in a clinical skilled care setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- One year of Speech Language Pathologist experience in home health.
