est à la recherche d’un(e) Représentant(e) des ventes dynamique pour se joindre à notre équipe dans la grande région de Montréal. Dans ce rôle de terrain à temps plein, vous contribuerez directement à notre mission en soutenant la science à chaque étape, en vendant de façon consultative le vaste portefeuille de produits et services de laboratoire d’Avantor auprès d’un ensemble diversifié de clients actuels et potentiels. Ce que nous recherchons :

  • Éducation: Baccalauréat dans un domaine scientifique (ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience).
  • Expérience: 1+ année dans un environnement de ventes complexe axé sur les solutions et impliquant plusieurs parties prenantes.

  • Expérience en ventes B2B préférée; un atout important : expérience en distribution ou en milieu de laboratoire / recherche.

Qui vous êtes :

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en collaboration avec les clients, les représentants des manufacturiers, la direction et les spécialistes internes.

  • Capacité à interagir avec assurance avec les propriétaires d’entreprise et les décideurs.

  • Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et capacité à travailler de façon autonome tout en gérant efficacement un territoire.

  • Solides aptitudes analytiques et compétences en vente stratégique.

  • Capacité à comprendre et à s’adapter aux opérations et besoins propres à chaque client.

  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office; l’expérience avec un CRM constitue un atout.

  • Bilinguisme français/anglais (oral et écrit) requis afin d’appuyer la communication avec les clients, fournisseurs et collègues d’Avantor à l’extérieur du Québec.

  • Permis de conduire valide et en règle.

  • Disponibilité pour se déplacer chez les clients au moins 3 jours par semaine.

  • Capacité de voyager aux États‑Unis pour les conférences annuelles des ventes et certaines formations ponctuelles.

  • Gérer un territoire diversifié et stimuler la croissance des ventes en offrant des solutions Avantor adaptées aux besoins des clients.

  • Rechercher et acquérir de nouveaux clients grâce à la gestion du pipeline, à l’élaboration de propositions et à des présentations axées sur la valeur.

We are seeking a high-energy Sales Representative to join our team in the Greater Montreal Area. In this full-time field role, you’ll help bring our mission to life, supporting science at every stage, by consultatively selling Avantor's broad portfolio of laboratory products and services to a diverse mix of existing and prospective customers. What we’re looking for: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (or equivalent education/experience).

  • Experience: 1+ years experience in complex, solution‑based sales environments involving multiple stakeholders.

  • B2B sales experience preferred; distribution or laboratory/research environment exposure is a strong asset.

Who you are:

  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with customers, manufacturer reps, management, and internal experts.

  • Ability to engage confidently with business owners and decision‑makers.

  • Strong time‑management skills with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.

  • Excellent analytical and strategic selling skills.

  • Ability to understand and adapt to unique customer operations and needs.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage.

  • Bilingual French/English (oral and written) is needed to support communication with customers, suppliers, and Avantor colleagues outside Quebec.

  • Valid driver’s license in good standing.

  • Willingness to travel to customer sites at least 3 days per week.

  • Ability to travel to the United States for annual sales conferences and periodic training session

  • Prospect and acquire new customers through pipeline management, proposal development, and value‑based presentations.

  • Expand relationships with existing customers through retention strategies aligned to evolving requirements.
