Analyzes marketing data to improve campaign performance, funnel effectiveness, customer engagement, and ROI. Develops Power BI dashboards, reporting frameworks, KPIs, and attribution models using CRM, marketing automation, web, social, and advertising data. Leads Avantor’s global digital analytics ecosystem and team of analytics developers. Owns tagging, event, integration, platform, and data governance roadmaps; drives GA4 adoption and supports Adobe Target implementations. Partners with engineering, design, marketing, data science, and business stakeholders on analytics requirements, dashboards, reporting, documentation, and training. Provides executive insights, identifies tracking and customer experience opportunities, and integrates advanced analytics capabilities into digital products.

Lead global account strategy for major life sciences and biotech customers. Serve as executive liaison, drive revenue and margin growth, negotiate contracts and pricing, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage performance metrics and proposals, advocate for customer needs, and travel up to 50%.

Performs routine laboratory support and logistics tasks at a customer site, including sample preparation, collection and transport, pipette handling, shipping instruction review, balance review, inventory support, packaging, waste disposal, and general logistical assistance. Leads medium-scale process improvement and bioprocess manufacturing engineering projects in a GMP environment. Responsibilities include developing, validating, commissioning, and optimizing processes, equipment, tooling, utilities, and maintenance programs. The role manages engineering deliverables, budgets, schedules, reliability initiatives, root-cause failure elimination, process documentation, equipment specifications, and compliance with cGMP and ISO requirements. It collaborates with customers, vendors, production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams while supporting capital planning and multiple concurrent projects.

Supports the Quality team with inspections of materials and products, quality documentation, record maintenance, sample collection, traceability, audits, non-conformance reporting, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. The Apprentice follows QMS, safety, regulatory, and operational procedures while developing practical quality assurance and quality control skills.
