POSITION SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced on-site Vutek Operator/Finisher who can become an integral member of the team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Setup and operate an EFI 3200 Pro Vutek Press
- Setup and operate Arizona Flatbed, Mimaki Roll to roll Press.
- Setup and operate digital cutting and finishing equipment. Other duties as assigned.
- Thoroughly Read and understand work orders for job production
- Make adjustments to press or file to optimize speed, color, or registration.
- Accurately interpret, document and communicate diagnostic feedback from equipment and act upon information to resolve production, maintenance, and repair issues.
- Pull materials and setup printers as appropriate to produce jobs meeting job ticket requirements.
- Move finished materials to appropriate locations and document inventory changes.
- Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
- Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.
- Keep all work area/station in compliance with our housekeeping guidelines
- Basic Prepress and Creative skills a plus
