The Vice President of Strategy & Execution will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the company’s long-term strategic direction. This senior leadership position is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments, and delivering results in line with the company’s objectives. The VP will work closely with senior executives, including the CEO, to define growth strategies, assess market opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams in the execution of high-impact projects.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Function as Chief of Staff to CEO interface with C Suite Team

Serve as a strategic advisor and planning lead, working with executive leaders and senior business partners across the organization to define annual transformation strategies, goals, and supporting projects.

Shape vision, lead experimentation, and bring ideas to life, develop long-range multi-year goals and provide recommendations on optimal structure/processes for various workstreams to elevate to next level.

Own process for cross-functional prioritization, business planning, program and project management consolidation and relevant change management.

Develop and lead internal leadership communications and engagement practices.

Supervision of project management resources and key administrative staff as needed
Function as Corporate lead for ownership and progress on key strategic programs through development of key governance frameworks and reporting

Provided thought leadership and executive team advisement on organizational design, process effectiveness, and process improvement initiatives for all business units and products

Establish a centralized function to drive strategic execution and cross-functional alignment.

Designing and oversee framework to establish standardized project execution, ensuring clear decision points, accountability, and on time program execution.

Developing stakeholder engagement and governance frameworks, defining roles and responsibilities, intake and prioritization models, and cadence for executive visibility and decision-making.

Standardizing tools and processes by consolidating project tracking seeking to replace fragmented systems to improve transparency, reporting, and cross-team collaboration.

Leading a portfolio of projects such as M&A integrations, new product launches, commercial growth initiatives, cost reduction programs, and operational efficiency improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS

5-10 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, management consulting with a strong track record of successful strategic initiatives.

Established resume of strategic initiative development and actualization of results, preferred 3 – 5 years demonstrated in role

Proven expertise in driving the execution of complex projects and transforming strategic plans into actionable results.

Demonstrated success in developing and leading strategic initiatives across large organizations or high-growth companies.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, Agile, Six Sigma).

Excellent communication, negotiation, collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
EDUCATION REQUREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
