About the Role
We're looking for a visionary and strategic Vice President of Sales Development to redefine how pipeline is built and grown globally.
You'll lead HiBob's global Sales Development organization and transform it into a modern, AI-enabled growth force, where human creativity and intelligent automation work together to reach, engage, and inspire the right audiences.
Sitting at the intersection of strategy, technology, and leadership, you'll shape how HiBob leverages AI to reimagine engagement, scale personalization, and spark meaningful conversations at scale, while inspiring a global team of BDRs and leaders to think bigger, experiment boldly, and lead with purpose.
You're not just managing a function- you're reimagining the future of top of funnel growth.
Job Requirements
Who You Are
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development leadership within high-growth SaaS or technology companies, including at least 4-5 years at the VP or equivalent level.
  • Proven success in building, scaling, and transforming global pipeline teams.
  • Proven experience with modern sales technology stacks- leveraging AI and automation to enhance BDR performance, prospecting, and pipeline generation.
  • Visionary, curious, and insights driven, thrives on translating insight to execution.
  • Proven ability to align and inspire Marketing, Sales, and RevOps around a shared vision for growth and customer impact.
  • Adept at balancing bold experimentation with strategic discipline.
  • Inclusive, inspiring and future minded leader with a passion for developing diverse, distributed teams.

Job Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute a global pipeline strategy that integrates AI, automation, and data to drive predictable revenue growth.
  • Redefine our Ideal Customer Profile using intent data, behavioural analytics, and predictive insights.
  • Act as executive sponsor for AI and automation, championing innovation and organizational adoption.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales to create a unified, high performing top-of-funnel motion.

AI & Automation Innovation
  • Lead the adoption of AI-driven prospecting, scoring, and outreach, from generative personalization to intelligent sequencing.
  • Design systems that blend AI and human creativity to increase effectiveness.
  • Champion adaptive, data-driven approaches that help BDRs focus on the highest-value opportunities.
  • Partner with HiBob's Product and AI teams to align GTM strategy with our innovation narrative.
Operational Excellence & Performance Velocity
  • Drive operational excellence through clarity of vision, accountability, and a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Build, coach, and inspire a world class global Sales Development team that embodies curiosity, courage, and collaboration.
  • Develop regional leaders and managers into strategic growth partners.
  • Foster a culture where AI fluency and human creativity coexist, equipping every BDR to work smarter, not harder.
  • Promote inclusion, recognition, and learning across a geographically distributed, hybrid team.
GTM Alignment
  • Collaborate with Marketing to reimagine how brand storytelling and data driven outreach combine to create demand across key markets.
  • Collaborate with RevOps to ensure data integrity and intelligent routing that enable effective GTM execution.
  • Partner with Enablement to infuse AI into playbooks and training, accelerating productivity and performance.
