Digital Remedy is looking for a VP of Product who will be responsible for driving success of our Media Solutions, Data Solutions, Platform Solutions and Sales Engineering functions. This role involves shaping the future of our digital strategy and driving growth across all digital channels. It requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of advertising technologies and data providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:
- Define and drive the overall product strategy that reinforces the company's vision, business objectives, and evolving customer needs and industry trends.
- Lead the product management team to develop and execute product roadmaps.
- Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Ability to “quarterback” specific projects and priorities across multiple teams
- Team Leadership:
- Facilitate communication, collaboration, and prioritization across teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Set clear goals and expectations, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
- Clear understanding of the varied roles and functions that make up the product team.
- Ensure alignment across team members within sprints and across strategic goals.
- Product Development:
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product success.
- Prioritize product features and requirements for the product roadmap across the team based on customer feedback, business value, and market trends while managing stakeholder input and its impact on the team.
- Identify and develop the benchmarks needed to measure success.
- Customer and Market Insights:
- Inform the product strategy by gathering and analyzing customer feedback and usage data.
- Unlock new solutions and business opportunities by considering and applying customer feedback.
- Clear understanding of what the Company and clients truly need rather than what’s popular in the market Partner with sales and internal clients to develop solutions and features that create long-term value and help win new business.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Financial & Product Performance Measurement:
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance and report to stakeholders.
- Develop and manage the product budget, including resource allocation and ROI analysis.
- Weigh cost benefit analysis of building vs. borrowing solutions
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 10+ years in AdTech or MarTech, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful digital products that drive user engagement and revenue growth.
- 5+ years of experience in product management.
- Deep understanding of advertising technology, data providers, and the programmatic ecosystem.
- Proven ability to lead strategic partnership integrations, coordinating cross-functional teams to align partner technologies seamlessly, while fostering long-term relationships to strengthen product offerings and expand market reach.
- Skills:
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, balancing big-picture vision with attention to detail.
- People management.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience inspiring and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in product management tools and software (e.g., JIRA)Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging a range of data tools and analytics platforms to drive product strategy and decision-making.
