What You'll Do
- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and communicate a compelling product roadmap that aligns with our company’s objectives and long-term goals.
- Customer-Centric Development: Drive product discovery processes, leveraging customer feedback, market research, and data analysis to inform product decisions that deliver maximum value to our customers.
- Cross-functional leadership: Partner closely with leaders in engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap and balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
- Mentorship and Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers and Designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to ensure our product offerings remain differentiated and valuable.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the voice of the product both internally and externally, effectively communicating product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership, the broader organization, and customers.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of successfully leading product teams through growth phases in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience in the manufacturing software industry or a strong interest in rapidly learning about this exciting space.
- Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics, with experience in customer discovery.
- Demonstrated experience partnering closely with engineering leadership to deliver high-quality products.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing talent, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and navigate complex trade-offs.

The office has an open floor plan with several conference rooms to encourage collaboration with your colleagues in California and TV's to connect with those sitting in Boston or remotely. The office is walking distance from Downtown Encinitas, the Coaster train stop, and tons of activities on the 101.
