What You'll Do

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and communicate a compelling product roadmap that aligns with our company’s objectives and long-term goals.
  • Customer-Centric Development: Drive product discovery processes, leveraging customer feedback, market research, and data analysis to inform product decisions that deliver maximum value to our customers.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Partner closely with leaders in engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap and balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
  • Mentorship and Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers and Designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to ensure our product offerings remain differentiated and valuable.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the voice of the product both internally and externally, effectively communicating product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership, the broader organization, and customers.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of successfully leading product teams through growth phases in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience in the manufacturing software industry or a strong interest in rapidly learning about this exciting space.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics, with experience in customer discovery.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering closely with engineering leadership to deliver high-quality products.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing talent, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and navigate complex trade-offs.

The office is walking distance from Downtown Encinitas, the Coaster train stop, and tons of activities on the 101.
