This role is required to be full-time in office in Eugene, Oregon. As a result, only candidates in Eugene or surrounding municipalities should apply.


POSITION OVERVIEW

The Vice President (VP) of Product plays a pivotal role in the future of our company. This role is responsible for leading iHomefinder’s product team, setting the vision and strategy to accelerate growth and market leadership. You’ll develop and execute a roadmap that aligns with our business objectives, driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone with deep SaaS experience, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to balance long-term strategy with rapid execution.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and growth goals.
  • Roadmap Ownership: Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring prioritization of initiatives that deliver the greatest impact on revenue, customer satisfaction, and retention.
  • Growth Playbook: Apply your proven SaaS product growth playbook to drive innovation, customer adoption, and market differentiation.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure seamless execution and alignment on business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage customer insights, market trends, and performance data to inform product development and measure success.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and growth.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that product decisions deliver value and address real-world needs.
  • Performs other duties as requested by leadership.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 8+ years in product management leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive ARR growth through strategic product development and roadmap execution.
  • A track record of implementing a growth-oriented product management playbook that delivers measurable results.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing product teams.
  • Expertise in leveraging data and customer feedback to guide product decisions and strategy.
  • Strong ability to align cross-functional teams and drive shared goals.
  • Deep empathy for customers and a passion for creating products that meet their needs and fuel their success.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels.
