Role Overview
We’re looking for a VP of Product to lead a major product domain within QLUB’s portfolio. You will work alongside two other product directors/VPs, each owning a distinct slice of our platform. This is a hands-on leadership role, focused on strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
You’ll play a critical part in shaping the future of our offering, driving outcomes within your scope, and working closely with engineering, design, operations, and go-to-market teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the vision and roadmap for your product domain (e.g., merchant tools, consumer experience, payments, integrations).
- Solve high-impact, complex problems with clarity and creativity — balancing business needs, user experience, and technical feasibility.
- Drive product discovery, strategy, and delivery within your scope, balancing short-term wins with long-term scalability.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design to execute effectively and ship high-quality experiences.
- Align with other product leads and senior leadership to ensure a cohesive platform and customer journey.
- Track and analyze product metrics to inform priorities, measure success, and identify improvement areas.
- Represent your product area internally and externally, gathering insights from users, partners, and market trends.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Ops, and Sales to ensure your products drive business value and adoption.
What We’re Looking For
- 6–10+ years of product management experience with at least 2+ years in a strategic leadership role.
- Experience in B2B2C, SaaS, foodtech or fintech products, ideally in fast-scaling environments.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to dive deep and execute.
- Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
- Comfort owning a defined product scope within a larger product organization.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and data-informed product decision-making.
- Experience in the restaurant tech, hospitality, or payments space is a plus.
