Overview

As the Vice President of Platform Enablement and Solutioning within the Blue Yonder Professional Services Organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving thought leadership, strategic alignment, and technical excellence across our platform solutions. You will collaborate closely with Product Technology Leaders, Pre-Sales Teams, Professional Services (PS), and Strategic Partners to ensure our offerings are positioned effectively in the market and deliver significant value to our customers.

The VP must be able to participate in Sales Cycles by coming up with additional service offerings that highlights Blue Yonder as the platform and supply chain strategy leader.

What you’ll do

Thought Leadership and Sales Support: 

  • Work closely with Blue Yonder Product Technology Leaders and pre-sales teams to provide senior thought leadership in sales engagements
  • Drive the strategic positioning of our platform offerings to align with market demands and customer needs

Service Offer Management: 

  • Oversee the development and enhancement of service offers within Blue Yonder Professional Services, ensuring they align with market trends and customer requirements

Partnership Collaboration: 

  • Collaborate with strategic partners to define messaging and establish minimum involvement levels to maximize joint customer success

Customer Value Proposition: 

  • Articulate and promote the benefits of our platform solutions to customers, internal stakeholders, and partners

Continuous Improvement: 

  • Lead initiatives to refine and enhance our capabilities in implementing and supporting the platform

Migration Strategy Development: 

  • Define and implement migration tools and strategies for transitioning customers from older versions to new iterations of the platform

Strategic Account Management: 

  • Build and nurture trusted advisory relationships with strategic accounts
  • Engage with Architects, Engineering teams, and executive-level stakeholders to understand customer priorities, address technical objections, and design comprehensive strategies that deliver business value

Enterprise Architecture Alignment: 

  • Manage the holistic enterprise architecture relationship with customers
  • Collaborate with specialists, product management, and engineering teams to ensure coherent process and system alignment with customer requirements

What we are looking for

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a leadership role within platform enablement, professional services, or similar domain
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of supply chain planning/execution ecosystems and enterprise architecture
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to drive strategic initiatives and align them with business objectives
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

The salary range for this position is $210,000 - $240,000 USD.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
