Job Description
- Manage the month end closing for expenses and headcount; Prepare monthly expenses and HC reports
- Analyse expenses (direct and indirect) and headcount using driver-based approach
- Work with stakeholders to forecast expenses and identify cost saving opportunities
- Manage the budgeting process for expenses and headcount
- Ensure adherence to bank expense policies
- Handle all operational expense related matters (eg budget transfer, accruals, GST, Capex, PEMS related queries etc.)
- Manage PME cost allocation ensuring drivers behind allocation is relevant and current
- Staff Engagement Fund Coordinator; reviewing claims submission and forward for payment processing.
- Review of monthly wealth sales commission accruals prior to submission to payroll. Provide strategic oversight of the wealth sales commission framework, evaluating its reasonableness, financial affordability, and long‑term sustainability in supporting overall business performance.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Finance or Business more than with 8 years of working experience in banking industry.
- Highly motivated, strong analytical skills, meticulous and able to work under pressure.
- Good team player and able to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with business partners in regional countries.
Demonstrated competency with analytical tools (eg. Excel etc.) and an understanding of financial reporting practices will be beneficial.
