About the role…
We are seeking an experienced, strategic Marketing leader to shape and drive the full spectrum of ShopMy’s marketing initiatives, from brand positioning to demand generation. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances brand awareness, fosters deep engagement with creators and brands, and accelerates revenue growth. As a key leader, you will manage a high-performing team that leverages data-driven insights to optimize our marketing efforts. You will play a critical role in positioning ShopMy as the go-to platform for creator and brand partnerships, leading efforts to strengthen our market presence and drive growth across our ecosystem.
Roles and Responsibilities…
- Develop and lead ShopMy’s overall marketing strategy, including brand positioning, demand generation, events and activations, and communications to support business objectives
- Build and lead a world-class marketing team that’s agile, collaborative, and driven to exceed goals
- Enhance ShopMy’s brand identity and awareness by identifying and nurturing unique brand partnerships, sponsorships, and high-impact PR opportunities
- Create and execute data-driven lead generation strategies to acquire and retain high-value brands and creators
- Establish and track KPIs to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, optimizing for performance and growth
- Leverage data insights to inform strategy, identify growth opportunities, and continuously improve marketing efforts
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to high-impact initiatives

- 10+ years of marketing experience
- 5+ years in a leadership role within a high-growth, consumer-focused environment
- Proven expertise in brand building, demand generation, and digital marketing
- Strong track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth
- Gravitas and leadership skills that inspire and empower team members
- Data-driven and performance-oriented mindset with proficiency in analytics tools to drive informed decision-making
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives that resonate with various audiences
- A passion for e-commerce, creator-driven businesses, and innovation in digital marketing
The base compensation for this role will be between $180,000-$220,000 annually
