Shape the Future of an AIPowered Supply Chain 

This is a defining leadership opportunity for a visionary executive ready to reimagine how a global enterprise operates its supply chain. As Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain, you will architect and lead DuPont’s nextgeneration, AIenabled supply chain operating model, transforming how we plan, execute, and serve customers across all Lines of Business. 

You will operate at the enterprise level — setting strategy, building a highimpact Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE), and partnering with senior leaders across operations, commercial, and technology — to deliver stepchange improvements in customer experience, working capital, resilience, and performance. 

This role is ideal for a leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, AI, and operational execution, and who wants to leave a lasting imprint on a complex, global organization. 

 

Your Impact 

Enterprise Supply Chain Strategy & AI Transformation 

  • Define and lead DuPont’s enterprise integrated supply chain strategy, tightly aligned to growth, commercial excellence, and operational excellence ambitions. 

  • Design and deploy a modern, endtoend supply chain operating model — clarifying decision rights, governance, accountability, and performance expectations across all Lines of Business. 

  • Lead the development and execution of a bold AI and digital roadmap, transforming supply chain decisionmaking through advanced analytics, predictive insights, and automation. 

  • Serve as a thought partner to senior operations and business leaders, shaping how the enterprise uses data and technology to compete and win, strengthening planning accuracy and execution. 

WorldClass Supply Chain Performance 

  • Drive measurable, enterprisewide improvement in critical metrics including On Time In Full (OTIF), inventory days, planning accuracy, costtoserve, logistics efficiency, and customer service. 

  • Use advanced analytics to uncover root causes, prioritize the highestvalue opportunities, and accelerate results at scale. 

  • Strengthen working capital and resilience through improved endtoend visibility, disciplined execution, and smarter planning decisions. 

Build and Lead the Supply Chain Center of Excellence 

  • Build a highimpact Supply Chain COE that serves as the enterprise engine for standards, best practices, performance management, and capability building. 

  • Establish common playbooks, tools, and governance across demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, customer service, logistics, and endtoend execution — while enabling flexibility where business models require it. 

  • Create powerful mechanisms to benchmark performance, share innovation, and continuously raise supply chain maturity across the company. 

  • Lead through influence in a matrixed environment, aligning diverse teams behind a shared operating vision. 

Talent, Culture & Capability Building 

  • Develop a nextgeneration supply chain leadership bench, building deep capability in digital, analytics, process discipline, and enterprise thinking. 

  • Foster communities of practice and modern ways of working that accelerate learning, collaboration, and innovation. 

  • Mentor, coach, and inspire senior supply chain leaders, creating a culture that values datadriven decisions, continuous improvement, and enterprise impact. 

 

What You Bring 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree strongly preferred. 

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience leading integrated supply chain, logistics, customer service, and other operations related fields in complex, global, industrial or manufacturing environments. 

  • A proven track record of enterprisescale transformation, delivering sustained improvements in service, cost, inventory, and endtoend performance. 

  • Deep experience designing and deploying endtoend supply chain operating models in multibusiness, matrixed organizations. 

  • Demonstrated success leading through a Center of Excellence model, influencing outcomes through governance, partnership, and credibility. 

  • Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to connect supply chain decisions to growth, margin, customer experience, and resilience. 

  • Handson leadership experience with AI, advanced analytics, and digital supply chain modernization, translating technology into measurable business value. 

  • Working knowledge of IBP/S&OP, ERP platforms, planning tools, network design, and digital supply chain ecosystems.
