Lead applied generative AI research for enterprise partners, developing novel video, image, audio, and multimodal workflows. Translate partner needs into research projects, prototype advanced control mechanisms, deploy efficient production-ready algorithms, publish findings, contribute open-source models and code, and lead cross-functional technical initiatives while mentoring researchers and engineers.

Own and grow LTX’s technical distribution partnerships from outreach and evaluation through negotiation, launch, and ongoing management. Collaborate with product, R&D, legal, finance, and marketing teams while expanding into hardware, compute, inference, and physical AI partnerships.

Own full-funnel B2B demand generation across paid search and social channels. Manage ABM campaigns, budgets, forecasting, spend pacing, experimentation, audience and keyword strategy, creative testing, landing pages, and conversion flows. Partner with SDRs, BDRs, RevOps, Creative, Sales, Analytics, and organic growth teams to generate MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and revenue across multiple geographies.

Leads LTX’s global IT organization and strategy across Israel, the US, and the UK. Oversees employee technology services, IT security, AI platform governance, SaaS and vendor operations, business applications, infrastructure, budgets, contracts, risk, resilience, and service delivery. Manages internal IT staff and international service partners while advising leadership on technology strategy and operational priorities.

Operate and improve commercial systems that convert complex agreements into accurate, billable revenue. Own deal setup across CRM and billing, reconcile commercial and usage data, resolve discrepancies before invoicing, and support pricing, deal structuring, and cross-functional execution with Finance and Sales.

As a Research Scientist at Lightricks, you'll enhance video generation by fine-tuning Video Language Models, designing algorithms for training data, and collaborating on AI-driven video creation.

Perform outbound prospecting and account-based development to generate pipeline for enterprise creative customers. Research target accounts, execute multi-channel outreach, create personalized messaging, map stakeholders, and book qualified meetings. Maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce, track forecasting, and collaborate with AEs, Marketing, and RevOps to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Maintain outdoor gardens, landscaped areas, indoor plants, and vegetable and decorative gardens. Responsibilities include seasonal planting, watering, pruning, plant care, irrigation system maintenance, and participation in large-scale gardening projects involving planning and design. The role also requires physical outdoor work, task organization, supplier coordination, teamwork, and professional plant, soil, and water knowledge, particularly in soilless gardening and indoor plant care.

The role involves advancing LTX-Video models, designing machine learning models, conducting experiments in generative media, and collaborating across teams to implement impactful features.
