The Role

\u003cp\u003eMaven is looking for a VP, Health Plan Partnerships who will be responsible for the overall general management of our premier payer channel relationships, focusing on growth and profitability. This role will involve strategic planning, business development, and operational oversight to ensure the channel's success. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in P\u0026amp;L ownership and oversight, growth leadership and channel partnerships along with a strong background in healthcare and technology.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eKey Responsibilities:\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003col\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eStrategic Leadership:\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eDevelop and implement strategic plans to grow the national payer channel.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the channel's reach and profitability.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eCollaborate with senior leadership to align channel strategies with overall company goals.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003c/ul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eChannel Management:\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eOversee all aspects of the national payer channel, including relationship management, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eEnsure the delivery of high-quality services to payer partners.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eManage and optimize the channel's operational processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003c/ul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eFinancial Oversight:\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAssume full P\u0026amp;L ownership and oversight for the national payer channel.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eMonitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eDevelop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003c/ul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTeam Leadership:\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eBuild and lead a high-performing team to support channel growth and success.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eProvide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eFoster a collaborative and innovative work environment.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003c/ul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eStakeholder Engagement:\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Executive leadership.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAct as the primary point of contact for payer partners, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003c/ul\u003e\n\u003c/ol\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eQualifications:\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eMinimum of 15 years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on payer relationships and channel management.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eProven track record of P\u0026amp;L ownership and oversight, with demonstrated success in driving growth and profitability.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eStrong understanding of healthcare technology and its impact on payer relationships.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eStrategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003c/ul\u003e
