The Role

You are a strategic, inclusive leader ready to drive innovation and elevate Epicor’s product marketing to new heights. As Vice President, Global Product Marketing, you will set the vision, lead a global team, and collaborate across the organization to deliver impactful go-to-market strategies.

What you will be doing:

  • Establish and lead a world class Product Marketing team.
  • Direct go-to-market strategy and investment decisions across software portfolio.
  • Champion new customer acquisition and revenue/profit opportunities with existing customers to drive software revenue growth and overall software portfolio achievement
  • Develop the market requirements, buyer personas and segmentation detail & definition necessary for product strategy and downstream marketing & field execution
  • Develop the positioning, messaging, content and thought leadership necessary for brand awareness and demand generation
  • Identify and drive synergy with the larger Epicor organization that results in greater market share worldwide.
  • Establish and Influence partnerships within the industry that contribute to the overall growth of the business.

What you will likely bring:

  • Proven leadership skills with a demonstrated track-record of building high performance teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, both to drive strategy and execution.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and seek needed information/research skills.
  • Ability to drive strategic direction.
  • Good knowledge of current marketplace and competition in ERP for manufacturing.

What will set you apart:

  • 13+ years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
  • 8+ years managing and developing multi-discipline teams, preferably with international reach across multiple service types
  • 7+ years of specialized/industry experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Master’s degree preferred

Range:

Minimum: $277,000 USD Maximum: $386,000 USD

The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
