The Social & Content team drives OCBC's content, social media and digital publishing initiatives, helping the organisation engage audiences through effective, compliant and impactful digital experiences.
You will play a key role in shaping how OCBC manages digital marketing performance, digital platforms and owned digital properties. You will work across stakeholders, agencies and technology partners to strengthen governance, improve operational effectiveness and support innovation across the digital ecosystem.
How you succeed
You balance strategic oversight with operational execution to ensure digital platforms, websites and marketing initiatives remain effective, scalable and compliant. You build strong stakeholder partnerships, make informed decisions using data and insights, and drive continuous improvement across governance, performance and operational processes.
What you do
- Lead digital performance management, including paid media, analytics, measurement, optimisation and performance reporting.
- Own governance and operational management of OCBC's websites and digital properties, including publishing standards, accessibility, discoverability, risk management and incident readiness.
- Lead governance, evaluation and optimisation of digital and social platforms, including emerging channels, platform standards and operational best practices.
- Partner stakeholders to improve digital effectiveness, strengthen governance frameworks and support organisational objectives.
- Manage agency, vendor and technology relationships to drive operational excellence, deliver business outcomes and evaluate emerging capabilities.
- Support financial planning, budget management and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Who you are
- Degree or Diploma holder with at least 8 years' experience in digital marketing, digital strategy, marketing operations, communications or related disciplines.
- Strong experience in digital marketing performance, paid media, analytics, website operations and digital-platform governance.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, technology partners and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to balance strategic planning and operational execution.
- Familiarity with governance, risk-management and operational processes within complex or regulated environments.
- Exposure to search marketing, SEO, emerging digital technologies, AI-enabled capabilities, content operations or social media management.
