The VP, Core Wealth Offerings role leads Offering Definition and Development and enables Commercialization activities for the Wealth Management offerings. Key responsibilities include: designing and defining offerings and value propositions; shaping client segmentation and prioritization; developing business strategy, goals, and Key Performance Indicators to reach desired outcomes; and driving integrated execution plans for these desired outcomes.
The Core Wealth Offerings leader will be accountable for addressing the key needs of our target clients by bringing deep market and industry knowledge to deliver differentiated value through our Wealth Management offerings. The role requires navigating multiple partners and processes to shape and articulate our offerings to clients and drive adoption and understanding across Distribution, while ensuring alignment with compliance and regulatory standards.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA a plus
- 15+ years of shown experience in financial services, with focus in strategy and/or consulting, managed solutions, financial planning, distribution, and service models
- Financial Services certifications encouraged but not required such as Certified Financial Planner designation and FINRA series 7, 24 and 66 licenses.
- Understanding of Fidelity’s retail distribution model, digital experience platforms, advisory offerings, and financial planning capabilities
- Familiarity with Wealth Solutions clients, value propositions, business and distribution models, and spectrum of offerings within Fidelity Wealth and beyond
- Leadership skills to lead a cross-functional team within and outside of the commercialization team, including business partners in product, marketing, distribution, AI, personalization, research, measurement and analysis teams
- Listening skills to integrate different perspectives and achieve better outcomes
- Strategy and execution skills to establish strategic plans, growth objectives and Key Performance Indicator targets
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Creativity, innovative approach , and a growth demeanor
- Presentation and persuasion skills to achieve consensus with multiple audiences

Wealth Offerings is a critical part of the Wealth Management and Retirement Offering team in the Wealth Solutions (WS) domain. The role partners across Fidelity Wealth, Brokerage, Workplace, Marketing, CKSI, Distribution, Legal, Risk and Compliance.
