  • Partner with operations teams to ensure consistent execution across sites

Quality and Outcomes
  • Establish clinical quality standards aligned with CMS, payer programs, and evidence-based guidelines

  • Monitor outcomes, patient safety, and adherence to protocols

  • Drive improvements in metrics such as HEDIS measures and Medicare Star Ratings

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build workflows into the EHR

  • Work with finance and leadership to ensure services are economically viable

  • Support payer strategy by aligning services with reimbursement opportunities (RHC, value-based care, etc.)

Provider Leadership
  • Serve as a clinical leader and mentor for physicians, nurse practitioners, and pharmacists

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of clinical staff

  • Help build a strong, mission-driven clinical culture
