AutoDS is expanding its eCommerce ecosystem through strategic growth and acquisitions.
We’re hiring a senior, hands-on leader to own the business management of our acquired companies driving OKRs, integrations and revenue growth across the group. This role reports directly to CEO Lior Pozin and will partner closely with acquired-company leadership to define strategy and deliver results.
Location: Tel Aviv (Hybrid)
What you’ll own
- Lead and oversee business operations and strategic direction for acquired entities within the AutoDS group.
- Define and drive annual business plans, OKRs and growth strategies.
- Identify and execute new business opportunities, partnerships and strategic initiatives.
- Manage P&L performance, budgeting and resource planning.
- Act as the primary liaison between AutoDS and acquired companies ensuring smooth communication and joint project execution.
- 7+ years in Business Development, General Management, or similar senior roles ideally in SaaS / B2C .
- Strong business orientation with proven ability to identify and execute revenue opportunities and market expansion.
- Excellent analytical skills turn data into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience leading diverse teams and managing complex, multi-functional projects.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, results driven, and growth-oriented.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
