We are looking for an SEO / GEO Manager to join our organic search team. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives on execution, enjoys getting into the details, and knows how to connect organic search to real business outcomes.
You will work closely with the SEO Lead and collaborate with content, growth, web, and design teams. While the overall strategy is defined, this role has real ownership, autonomy, and room to influence, especially across execution, experimentation, and emerging GEO opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone coming from a tech company, who is not afraid of hands-on work and wants to operate across the full SEO stack: on-page, content, technical, off-page, and AI-driven search.
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute large-scale SEO initiatives: content refreshes, pruning, merges, redirects, and structural improvements.
- Perform internal linking audits and implement improvements at scale.
- Optimize on-page elements across large sets of pages.
- Work directly in the CMS, including editing, publishing, QA, and ongoing SEO hygiene.
- Guide content creation from an SEO perspective: keyword research, intent mapping, and structural guidance.
- Review and improve content for SEO quality, relevance, and intent fit.
- Identify content gaps and growth opportunities through competitor research and SERP analysis.
- Apply strong technical SEO fundamentals across crawling, indexing, rendering, and site architecture.
- Review pages (and page source when needed) to diagnose technical-SEO issues and work with web-dev on correct implementation.
- Analyze organic performance and search data to drive actionable insights tied to traffic and conversions.
- Stay current on GEO, AEO, and AI-driven search; experiment with AI tools, workflows, and agents.
- Provide expert input on off-page SEO and advanced authority-building tactics beyond traditional ones.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years experience in SEO
- Background in a tech / SaaS company (B2B experience is a plus)
- Deep understanding of traditional SEO fundamentals and ranking factors
- Proven ability to be fully hands-on, across all major SEO disciplines
- Comfortable working at scale and handling critical SEO work
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to derive insights from data
- Practical experience with AI tools and curiosity around GEO / AEO
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with content, growth, design, and dev teams
