This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: a VP of Global Service Providers to spearhead our international business development strategy and drive transformational growth through strategic partnerships with leading service providers Globally.

Responsibilities:

  • You will define and lead the business development strategy across all of GSP International 

  • You will be integral to the success of our overall enterprise strategy through service provider relationships

  • Your primary role will be to establish, develop and grow RingCentral’s strategic partner relationship with major Service Providers across the international arena

  • Provide high-level input on contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and partnerships models

  • Develop and execute end-to-end partner business plans

  • Establish and execute a formalized relationship mapping strategy

  • Collaborate effectively and drive the agenda with multiple internal organizations, including Sales, R&D, Marketing, Professional Services, and the partner support ecosystem to achieve partner objectives

  • Develop executive relationships with Service Providers and sponsor executive relationships between RingCentral

  • Coordinate quarterly and/or annual business reviews to ensure successful joint execution

  • Report on key performance metrics, sales pipeline, and market intelligence to the executive team

  • Collaborate with Service Providers to co-create innovative  propositions and solutions

  • Your success will be measured based on your ability to achieve sales targets while driving world class customer and partner success

  • Attend key events and conferences, positioning the company as a thought leader

Desired Qualifications:

  • 12-15 years experience with both channel sales, channel management and direct selling in Enterprise and leading a geographic Region in Europe

  • Demonstrated track record in growing and managing strategic partnerships

  • Executive presence to lead and manage

  • Strong executive selling and business development skills, with a proven ability to understand different partner GTM and organisational models

  • 5-7 years of SaaS based sales experience

  • Proven ability to develop a plan and achieve results in a complex cross-functional environment

  • Demonstrated analytical, organisational and project management skills

  • Demonstrable proof of producing measurable results of influenced and sourced revenue through global strategic partners

  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a highly complex matrixed organisation

  • Ability to develop and drive execution of joint solutions

  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
