AI engineer - Product and Growth Vola Finance

Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Define product vision aligned with business goals, and strategise the product
roadmap with the help of stakeholders
2. Defining North star goals, handling the Data sanity and taking ownership on end to
end product building lifecycle
3. Identify the core user segment and design the product offerings, and run A/B testing
4. Understand the Customer behaviour and patterns, and tweak the necessary
offerings
5. Implement LLM, Multi agentic AI and NLP models for product enhancements
6. Benchmark competitors and conduct surveys and usability tests
7. Experience with API tools such as FASTAPI , Swagger, and Postman
8. Team player who can work with cross-functional teams to gather data and derive
insights

Skills Required
- 3 to 4 years work experience in relevant roles
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience building APIs with FastAPI
- Familiarity with Swagger (OpenAPI) and Postman
- Proficiency with SQL
- Proficiency with Excel for analysis
- Experience with LangChain
- Experience with Lang Graph
- Experience with AWS services: Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, S3, EC2
- Experience with Docker
- Experience implementing and monitoring LLMs (observability, tracing, fine-tuning)
- Experience building guardrails and validating model safety
- Experience implementing RAG (retrieval-augmented generation)
- Experience with Vector Databases
- Familiarity with Bitbucket, GitHub and versioning tools
- Solid understanding of linear regression, logistic regression and tree-based ML algorithms
- Experience with statistical analysis and running A/B tests
- Ability to implement LLM, multi-agent AI and NLP models for product enhancements
