VM/BDO-JPはVM事業部に特化した部門・部署横断型の業務改善およびDigitalizationを担う部署です。
当該ポジションはVM/BDO-JPチームの中で、ソフトウェアエンジニアとしてDigitalSolutionを実際に開発するポジションとなります。チームのプロジェクトマネージャー、プロセスコンサルタント、シニアソフトウェア開発者らとともに、同じ事業部のユーザーの日々の業務に特化したソリューションを開発いただきます。
プロジェクトとして成果をモニターし・即時のフィードバックを得られるので、「とても助かりました」「役に立っている」といった声も届き、ご自身の開発したものが実際に役に立つ手ごたえを感じることのできるポジションです。

- TypescriptとReactを使ったWebベースのソリューションの開発
- 他の開発者とのコラボレーション環境(GitHub)での開発
- Pythonでの自動化ツールやソリューションの開発・提供
- ソフトウェアエンジニアリング上のベストプラクティスを模索し、組織として持続可能なソフトウェアソリューションを構築すること
- 実プロジェクトでの学びを通してのスキル向上
- チーム内や他のデジタル愛好家との学びの積極的な共有
Qualifications
- 少なくとも2つのITソリューションを開発したことがある（趣味や大学のプロジェクトでも可）
- TOEICスコア700以上（日本語の意思疎通可能なことが望ましい）
- Javascript/TypescriptまたはPythonの経験
- 要求解析・エンジニアリングやテストエンジニアリングの基本的な理解
- 良好なチームコミュニケーション力
- 助けを求め、他の人から学ぶことに意欲的なこと
- gitやGitHub（または類似のツール）の開発経験 があると望ましい
- ウェブサイト構築の知識・開発経験 があると望ましい
- Dockerの開発経験 があると望ましい
