VM-JP internal digitalization is key to improve efficiency and speed to ensure our continued success. You want to make IT an integral part of our companies work style and become a professional software developer. In a small team of experts and digital enthusiasts you will develop solutions and learn how to define and consider non-functional requirements in solutions. Your solutions will be continuously released to users for fast feedback and monitored to evaluate the benefit.

  • Design IT solutions based on designs and tasks defined by your team 
  • Collaborate with other developers using GitHub 

  • Learn and improve your skills by applying them in real projects 

  • Openly share your learnings with the team and other digital enthusiasts 


Qualifications

  • Developed at least two IT solutions (can be hobby or university projects) 
  • English TOEIC 700+ (Japanese preferred)
  • Experience in Javascript/Typescript or Python 
  • Basic understanding of engineering practices like requirements engineering and testing 
  • Good at contacting other people in the organization 
  • Can communicate well in a team 
  • Willing to ask for help and learn from others 
  • Bonus: Experience with git and GitHub (or similar) 
  • Bonus: You know how to build websites 
  • Bonus: Experience with docker
