Two-Wheeler & Powersports is part of the Bosch Mobility Solutions business sector, building Bosch’s two-wheeler and powersports activities cross divisionally. Combining the areas of vehicle motion & safety, environment & efficiency and comfort & fun in one business unit. We act as the one face to the customer, facilitating internal and external processes. We are globally responsible for sales, marketing and engineering for two-wheeler and powersports specific products. With our headquarter in Yokohama, Japan and branches in the United States, Europe, India, and China, we coordinate two-wheeler and powersports activities all around the world. JOEM is strong and market leader especially in 2 Wheeler segment.

Your tasks will be:

• ICE products promotions and Project management coordination
• Customer Strategy for ICE
• Customer interface responsible for overall project management
• Launch Management and plant coordination
• Organize and facilitating internal and external project meetings
• Change Management
• Project budget planning and cost controlling

資格

• 社�外に対するコミュニケーションスキル
• ボッシュプロセスに対する知識
• ICE�燃機関エンジン開発の経験及び知識
• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル
• 日系メーカーとのプロジェクト経験
• Project Managementに関する体系だった知識または資格
• 二輪車に対する知識。バイカー（希望）
• 目標意識が高い事、チームワーク尊重

• Good Communication skills with customers, as well as Bosch internally
• Knowledge of Bosch processes
• Experience in ICE Engine project development and knowlwdge
• Fluent Japanese and English language skills
• Experience of project coordination with JOEM　customers
• Knowledge in two wheeler domain, biker experience (preferred)
• Project Management skill or certificate
• Target oriented mindset and ability to work in a team
