Job DescriptionProject – the aim you’ll have
The project is for a client in the real estate sector. This initiative focuses on a comprehensive replatforming and cloud migration journey, where you will lead the transition of subsidiary services from on-premises infrastructure to a modern, AWS-integrated environment.
Position – how you’ll contribute
- Ensure stable, secure, and highly available IT operations
- Build and lead a DevOps team
- Manage and continuously improve existing infrastructure (hands on experiance with public or private cloud is a plus)
- Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Drive improvements in monitoring, alerting, and incident management
- Support and guide cloud migration activities
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to improve release quality and speed
Expectations – the experience you need
- Proven experience in leadership roles, including managing and mentoring technical teams
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux, on-premises infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation
- Solid knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and other modern DevOps/IaC tools
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, incident management, and infrastructure security best practices
- Practical experience with cloud environments and supporting cloud migration initiatives (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Languages: English and German
