Cultural Care Au Pair is looking for a Visual & Multimedia Designer to join our in-house Creative team. Based in our Bogotá office, the designer will be part of a global Creative team with colleagues in Zurich and Boston. This broad, hands-on role will create visual content for global marketing initiatives across digital, social and print, as well as edit short-form social videos.
You will turn creative briefs and day-to-day requests into engaging, on-brand visual content. The role includes creating and adapting campaign assets, paid and organic social content, presentations, print materials and other marketing touchpoints, as well as editing short-form videos and creating simple animations.
As part of the Creative team, you will work closely with colleagues in Zurich and Boston, as well as Marketing, Paid Media and Social, following the team’s creative direction, brand standards and processes.
What you'll do:
Design and deliver high-quality marketing assets across digital, paid and organic social, email, web, presentations, print and events.
Translate briefs, campaign objectives and day-to-day requests into engaging visual solutions that meet audience needs and business goals.
Support design execution and production, including adapting, resizing, localizing and updating existing creative across formats, channels and markets.
Create and develop visual assets for Au Pair audiences globally, while ensuring consistency with the Cultural Care brand and broader creative direction.
Edit short-form social videos using supplied footage, including selecting clips, pacing, captions, on-screen messaging, graphics, animations, music and platform-specific formats, while collaborating closely with the Video team.
Collaborate closely with designers and video colleagues in Zurich and Boston, and partner with AP Marketing, Paid Media and Social throughout the creative process.
Apply feedback accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of visual quality, attention to detail and brand consistency.
Manage multiple requests and deadlines, maintain organized working files and prepare final assets correctly for handover, publishing or production.
Stay current with visual, social and digital trends, platform requirements and emerging tools, including AI-supported creative workflows.

You understand how typography, layout, imagery and colour work together to create clear, engaging and on-brand communication for different audiences and platforms.
You are comfortable working across static design and video editing, collaborating with different teams and responding to creative direction and feedback. You are organised, curious and able to manage several projects in a fast-moving international environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Approximately 3–5 years of professional design experience within an agency, in-house Creative team or marketing environment.
A strong portfolio showing hands-on visual design and production work across print, digital and social channels, with examples of video or motion work where available.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, imagery, composition and brand systems.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, with working knowledge of Figma or similar collaborative design tools.
Experience editing short-form, mobile-first content for paid and organic social using Premiere Pro or similar software. After Effects, animation or motion graphics skills are a plus.
Experience using AI tools to support creative development, design production and content creation.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests while collaborating across teams, locations and time zones.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are considered an advantage.
Willingness and ability to travel within Latin America and internationally, as needed
