- Develop creative concepts during collaborative brainstorming sessions with our strategy team
- Iterate and optimize ad creative based on performance data and client feedback
- Present your ideas confidently to internal teams and clients
- Stay current with social media trends and platform best practices
- Learn from experienced media buyers about performance metrics and strategy
- Participate in professional development workshops and training sessions
- Work directly with diverse e-commerce brands across multiple industries
- Advance along a clear career pathway with mentorship and support

- Strong portfolio demonstrating social media ad creation (Meta, Instagram, TikTok)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (i.e Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Reliable internet connection for remote collaboration
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Experience with e-commerce brands or performance marketing
- Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager and Shopify
- Understanding of conversion-focused creative strategies
- Experience working in remote teams
- Knowledge of project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.)
