Job Description
Visa Managed Services – is the implementation arm of Visa Consulting and Analytics. We support Visa Clients (banks, issuers, acquirers, processors) in completion of complex IT and business projects. We work hand-in-hand with client teams to achieve tangible business results.
What's it all about?
As a VCA Managed Services Senior Manager you will manage consulting engagements for Visa clients in Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. You will be based in Prague, Czechia.
You will:

Lead sales and participate in VMS projects delivery

Drive meaningful business relationships between Visa and its key clients, build trustful relationships, and coordinate stakeholders’ communication

Be an experienced IT strategy consultant, and implementation specialist able to help our clients grow their business, especially in the payments and digital domains
Day to day:
-
Sell VMS projects to Visa clients, cross-sell and up-sell Visa solutions and capabilities

Manage projects portfolio as a VMS Pod Lead (client manager)

Recruit and manage VMS resources working on-site with Visa clients

Maintain full responsibility for delivering VMS revenue and margin targets in Slovakia, Czechia and Hungary

Lead and deliver projects through either self, other internal or external staff as appropriate

Manage project costs to agreed budgets and timeframes and ensure high standard of delivery

Understand our clients’ business objectives, identify opportunities and improvements to grow the business and digital banking of our clients

Develop and propose appropriate concepts and digital business solutions to clients

Leverage Visa’s innovation, product and data capabilities to further grow our clients’ business by working together with the sales and digital product teams
Qualifications
What we're after…
- Min. 3 years in Program Manager and/ or PMO manager role
- At least 7 years of experience in IT consulting, systems implementation and integration, project or product management in the payments industry
- Strong knowledge of Visa products and services, and the regulatory and compliance environment in Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary
- Excellent client relationship management skills (including senior executive level) in the financial services industry
- Experience in structuring project proposal based on client’s needs and problem statement, defining clear project approach and deliverables. Ability to deliver high-quality projects leading small team of consultants, business analysts, developers, testers, and data analysts, leveraging and further developing own subject matter expertise in banking and payments industry
- Experience in conceptualizing new products and business models in a digital and technology-driven environments
- Excellent spoken and written command of both Czech,or Slovak and English language
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to comprehend and convey complex business information
- High proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- A proven ability to thrive in high pressure situations and a fast paced and matrixed environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex and ambiguous information into clear and actionable solutions
- Willingness to travel and work onsite with clients if needed
- Experience in product implementation and certification with Visa (preferably in money movement, and commercial solutions) will be an advantage.
