Position title: Virtual Training Specialist
Location: Fort Bragg (Fort Liberty), NC
Clearance required: SECRET
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Deliver virtual simulation instruction in support of SOMTC training programs.
- Facilitate realistic training scenarios aligned with mission requirements.
- Support the development and refinement of simulation-based training materials.
- Ensure training effectiveness by providing feedback, assessment, and after-action reviews.
- Associate; 2 years as SOF or closely related military training/assignment may substitute.
- Military Instructor Training Course or civilian equivalent required.
- Military combat arms background.
- Instructor experience using virtual simulations desired.
- 2 years as SOF or closely related military training/assignment may substitute for education.
Desired/Preferred Qualifications:
- Instructor experience using virtual simulations; knowledge of emergency close air support procedures and artillery/mortar call-for-fire procedures.
Skills Required
- Associate degree (or equivalent)
- 2 years as SOF or closely related military training/assignment (may substitute for education)
- Military Instructor Training Course or civilian equivalent
- Military combat arms background
- Instructor experience using virtual simulations
- Knowledge of emergency close air support and artillery/mortar call-for-fire procedures
- Secret security clearance
