Reporting to the Customer Relations & Virtual Pharmacy Manager, and working in our Sydney Head Office, the key responsibilities for this role include:
- Exceed net sales target of dispensary & OTC pharmacy products within a defined territory of non-supporting acquisition targets.
- Undertake thorough per-call planning and territory analysis with the aim of achieving call objectives.
- Facilitate a 1st class sales experience through the use of business insights, analytics & innovative deal-level strategies.
- Service 100% of defined customers with a telesales call each month.
- Set stretch call objectives to move accounts down buying continuum before & after each call.
- Generate leads with non-supporting businesses to transfer to sales regions
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Business or Science.
- 1 + year sales experience or 1 + year pharmacy experience.
- Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets is preferred, not required.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder).
