Location: Remote (Must be available to work within Hong Kong Time Zone)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Hong Kong Time)

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in email campaigns, review management, and social media posting. Familiarity with KlaviyoYotPo, and Social Media Platforms is a plus, but these tools can be learned on the job. This is a remote position with flexible working hours in the Hong Kong time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing Klaviyo email campaigns, including setup, scheduling, and monitoring
  • Manage YotPo for collecting and responding to customer reviews
  • Handle simple social media posting across various platforms (content provided)
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and tasks

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Virtual Assistant or administrative support role
  • Basic knowledge of KlaviyoYotPo, and Social Media Platforms (experience with these tools is an asset)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
  • Female candidates preferred for this role
