The VIRTUAL ASSISTANT - LEGAL VA position is a remote opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a background in legal assistance or administration. The successful candidate will provide support to legal professionals by managing various administrative tasks that facilitate the smooth operation of a legal practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Document Management: Prepare, review, and manage legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and case files.
  2. Research: Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to assist attorneys with case preparation.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with legal management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
