Position Overview:
This role combines administrative support with proactive lead generation and social media engagement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled in prospect research, and experienced in social media management to enhance our business reach and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
• Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
• Handle professional correspondence and prepare documents, presentations, and reports.
• Coordinate travel and event logistics.
Lead Generation:
• Conduct research to identify new business and event opportunities.
• Build a database of potential leads and handle outreach for prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the team to follow up and support qualified leads.
Social Media Management:
• Develop and schedule engaging posts to promote events and podcasts.
• Monitor social media engagement, adjust strategies, and collaborate on campaigns to drive brand visibility and attract leads.
Travel and Event Coordination:
Plan and arrange travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and other engagements.
Relationship and Communication Management:
Act as a liaison between the executive and clients, employees, or stakeholders.
Maintain and update contact lists, ensuring strong professional and personal networks.
