Qualification:

Relevant tertiary education and professional degrees

Provide a comprehensive secretarial and administration service to the chief executive.

Develop, maintain and review administration system to achieve maximum efficiency.

Maintain and organize the chief executive’s diary, filling system and all other relevant areas as necessary.

To support the chief executive in the business projects, proposals, bids, etc through research, consultation and team management.

To develop and draft speeches, articles, briefings, and proposals as requested by the CEO

To facilitate meetings, schedule debriefing meetings so that follow up actions can be implemented

Report to the MD/CEO.
