The Crown Is Yours
As a VIP Host, you'll build and strengthen relationships with some of DraftKings' most highly engaged Players, delivering personalized experiences that deepen loyalty and drive long-term engagement. You'll serve as a trusted point of contact, using insights, market knowledge, and relationship-building expertise to understand player needs and create meaningful connections. Working at the intersection of customer experience, retention, and growth, you'll help shape a world-class VIP program while contributing valuable feedback that enhances our products and player experience. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on player satisfaction, advocacy, and business performance.
What you'll do as a VIP Host
- Build authentic, trusted relationships with high-value Players to increase engagement, loyalty, and revenue.
- Manage all aspects of the player relationship through proactive outreach, personalized communications, and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, promotions, products, and platform enhancements to deliver relevant recommendations and experiences.
- Lead player reactivation initiatives by identifying opportunities to reconnect with inactive Players and increase participation.
- Gather and communicate player feedback to help improve products, services, and the overall player experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address player needs and ensure a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
- Monitor player activity and engagement trends to identify opportunities for growth, retention, and relationship development.
- Execute all VIP program policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with responsible gaming standards and guidelines.
What you'll bring
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Hospitality, or another customer-facing role.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to earn trust and maintain long-term player partnerships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-first approach to every interaction.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions quickly.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and evolving environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to travel as needed and work evenings, weekends, and other non-traditional hours to support player needs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 68,000.00 USD - 85,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
