Execute VIP CRM campaigns across Casino and Sports to support engagement, retention, and player value;
Assist in planning and delivering monthly CRM calendars aligned with business objectives and key market events;
Build, launch, and optimise personalised campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and In-App messaging;
Create and maintain player segments based on activity, value, and engagement;
Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and suggest improvements based on data and player behaviour;
Support A/B testing and campaign optimisation initiatives;
Track and report on key CRM KPIs, including retention, reactivation, churn, NGR, ARPU, campaign ROI, conversion, and engagement metrics;
Collaborate with VIP Account Management, Customer Support, Product, BI, Design, and Content teams to deliver CRM initiatives;
Support ongoing improvements to the VIP CRM program by sharing ideas and best practices.
1+ year of CRM experience within the iGaming industry;
Experience supporting or managing CRM campaigns, ideally for VIP or high-value player segments;
Understanding of CRM principles, player lifecycle, and retention strategies;
Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g. Optimove, Smartico) and reporting tools such as Tableau is an advantage;
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with campaign data;
Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong advantage.
