Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorisé par le Ministère français de l'Économie, des Finances et du Travail et qui permet à Airbus d'offrir à de jeunes professionnels la possibilité d'acquérir une expérience rémunérée et valorisante à l'étranger, dans un métier technique ou commercial.

Le programme VIE est un contrat spécifique, en vertu des critères d'éligibilité de Business France.

Principaux critères d'exigibilité du VIE :

• Être citoyen(ne) de l'Union Européenne (plus Norvège, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplômé(e) âgé(e) de 28 ans maximum.

• Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.

La durée d’un VIE est de 6 à 24 mois en fonction du lieu d’affectation.

Un poste en Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) pour soutenir les stratégies de développement commercial en Afrique et au Moyen-Orient est à pourvoir au sein d'Airbus à Dubaï. 

Ce rôle couvrira toutes les divisions du Groupe, Airbus Commercial, Helicopters et Defence and Space. Vous rejoindrez le département International et reporterez au “Head of Business Growth” pour la région Afrique et Moyen Orient (AME).  

Le “Head of Business Growth” a pour mission de représenter Airbus dans la région AME, de mener les initiatives de développement commercial au niveau régional et d'établir un réseau solide et influent de partenaires et de décideurs clés au sein d'un portefeuille de pays de la Region.

Missions et responsabilités :

Vous serez en charge des activités principales suivantes : 

• Effectuer une veille informationnelle sur les opportunités dans les pays visés.

• Élaborer des stratégies visant à dynamiser le développement commercial en Afrique et au Moyen-Orient:

  • identifier les acteurs clés pour les potentiels de vente

  • comprendre les mécanismes de décision

  • développer le réseau avec ces acteurs clé

  • analyser les actions concurrentielles 

• Coordonner les actions pertinentes en soutien à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de développement commercial dans le pays;

• Préparer, tenir à jour, les notes et autres documents de synthèse pour informer et soutenir les prises de décision.

Des déplacements professionnels dans la région Afrique et Moyen-Orient sont à prévoir dans le cadre de ce rôle.

Compétences requises

Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes : 

• Capacité à développer un réseau et bonne gestion des parties prenantes;

• Une expérience préalable dans la création de stratégies commerciales serait appréciée;

• Compétences en communication et en négociation;

• Vous êtes autonome et capable de travailler en équipe et dans un environnement multiculturel;

• Vous avez un esprit fédérateur et d'entreprenariat.

En outre, vous êtes en mesure de démontrer les compétences suivantes :

• Anglais professionnel oral et écrit

• La maîtrise du Français et/ou de l’Arabe serait un plus.

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria.

VIE Main Requirements:

• European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old

• Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any

The contract duration of VIE is between 6 to 24 months.

A VIE to Support Strategies for Business Development in Africa and the Middle East has arisen within Airbus in Dubai. It will cover Airbus Commercial, Helicopters and Defence and Space. You will join the International department reporting to the Head of Business Growth for AME.

The Head of Business Growth is responsible for representing Airbus in the AME region, driving regional business development, and building a strong, actionable network of key stakeholders and decision-makers within a designated portfolio of countries.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include: 

• Gathers information on political and competitive trends

• Prepares strategies that will enhance the business development in Africa and the Middle:

  • Identify the key actors for potential sales

  • Understand decision-making mechanisms

  • Develop the network linked to these main actors

  • Competitive analysis

• Coordinates relevant actions in support to the implementation of the business development strategy in the country

• Consolidates monthly brief, or ad-hoc updates when relevant

This role may involve some travel for business in the Africa & Middle East region.

Required skills

You have the following skills and experience:

• Ability to build network and good stakeholder management

• Previous experience in creating business strategy would be appreciated

• Communication and negotiation skills

• You are autonomous and able to work within a team and in a multicultural environment

• You have an entrepreneurship mindset and you demonstrate ability to rally

in addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills: 

Language Skills: Fluent in English required, French highly appreciated. Arabic would be a plus
