The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Your locationAt our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Propose a macroscopic view of concerns encountered by Customers during their operation by analyzing a lot of raw data coming from (Webtek, Majot Incident, Repairs, Warranty, Design Office, Shop Reports, ...): collect, select, cluster, enrich.
For each topic, perform deep analysis relying on Technical Support teams, Product Support Managers and Technical Support Experts.
For the most recurring topics, to propose an improvement roadmap, to promote it and provide feedback on the achievement status.
Draft Retex Sheet (Synthesis of the technical Events).
Propose Regular Retex Report on most important topics.
Completed degree in aeronautical engineering or equivalent.
Strong experience on Design Office or Maintenance.
Knowledge within technical/mechanical/airframe would be an advantage.
Strong customer oriented mindset.
Proactive, goal oriented, and independent work.
High degree of customer focus.
Strong teamwork skills.
Willingness to travel.
Fluent in English, German is a plus.
