Valeo’s VIE Program?

The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world!

At the heart of electric mobility, Valeo Power brings together expertise in thermal management systems and propulsion systems. This division develops innovations that contribute to the mobility of tomorrow by reducing pollutant emissions and maximizing vehicle autonomy.

The site of Daegu based in South Korea belongs to Power Division. We are looking for a VIE Industrial Digitalization for 12 months within the team.

Your challenges?

• You leverage Artificial Intelligence to drive industrial operational excellence.

• You execute the digital strategy and vision across the industrial network.

• You support, challenge, and train the digital community by developing and delivering training modules.

• You design, validate, and deploy industrial digitalization solutions and standards.

• You coordinate digitalization initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

• You maximize value creation and savings through data science and advanced analytics.

• You collaborate with software engineers, architects, and designers to define user-centric features and technical solutions.

• You assess the current situation at each site, conduct user research to identify pain points, and drive continuous improvement.

 Let’s talk about you…

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

• You have proven experience in industrial digitalization, project management, or a similar role within a major industrial company (internships included)

• You are fluent in English

• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy 

• Experience in Korea is a plus
