Position Overview

As an Analyst in Partner Brands Integration, you will lead the financial integration of our partner brands into the House of Tequila (HoT), ensuring efficient and standardized processes. You will work with key stakeholders to integrate acquired brands like Código Tequila, Ojo de Tigre mezcal, Abasolo Mexican whiskey, and Nocheluna sotol, while overseeing the completion of previously acquired brands’ integration (Del Maguey). Additionally, you’ll play a crucial role in finance, strategy, and governance, while actively contributing to the boards and finance committees of these brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial integration of newly acquired partner brands and ensure alignment with Pernod Ricard’s ways of working.
• Participate actively in boards of partner brands and oversee the Finance Committee.
• Support the Finance Director (FD) and M&A teams in evaluating potential acquisitions and divestitures.
• Monitor the performance, risks, and opportunities of partner brands, including demand, pricing, COGS, profitability, and investment.
• Collaborate on short-term forecasts and align on volume, pricing, and cost standards for partner brands.
• Lead efforts to maximize operational efficiency through cost reduction initiatives (value engineering).
• Oversee and challenge A&P and SG&A budgets, as well as P&L performance for partner brands.
• Coordinate with tax, internal control, and financial teams to ensure compliance and assess financial needs of partner brands.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in business, finance, or engineering (or equivalent).
• Prior experience in finance, brand strategy, or consulting in a consumer goods business, with a focus on collaboration with commercial and marketing teams.
• Strong business acumen with an ability to see the big picture, identify performance drivers, and communicate insights through impactful financial storytelling.
• Skilled in working independently and cross-functionally, influencing and aligning with various stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Positive, motivated, and proactive mindset, with a passion for tackling diverse projects and identifying business challenges.
