The Role
VIE - Contract Information 
  • Dates: October 1st, 2025 to September 31st 2026. 
  • This position is open as a “VIE” , a program by Business France for French citizens between 18 and 28 years only. 
  • MONTHLY REMUNERATION: €3,200 (non-contractual allowance set by decree and order, which may vary depending on the evolution of the reference scale, the location of the assignment, and any deductions provided for by the regulations)

Mission

Our Employer Brand and Talent Marketing team is dedicated to shaping and amplifying Doctolib's identity as an employer through strategic communication and authentic storytelling. Our mission is to attract and retain top talent to build the healthcare we all dream of.  As “Candidate Marketing and communication VIE” in Berlin you will play a crucial role in supporting our hiring efforts and positioning Doctolib as an attractive employer as well as setting up Talent Marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on global engineering roles as well as sales roles in Germany and France. 


What you’ll do
  • Set up paid Marketing campaigns for our key audiences on various platforms and report on results
  • Plan and execute recruitment events and build partnerships with relevant tech communities.
  • Content creation and management for our career website, job boards and social media.
  • Gather and analyze market and audience data to inform campaigns.
  • Track budgets and invoices related to campaigns.

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who has: 

  • Graduated in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Fluent level of English and ideally German 
  • A first experience of at least 1 year in marketing or communications, or a related field
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English, French or German
  • Perseverance to achieve set objectives and is results-oriented

Now it would be fantastic if you had

  • Understanding of online advertising (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva) 
  • Experience with Marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp or HubSpot)
